This policy explains how WorkMood handles platform fee, user-to-user payments, payment processing, refunds, and misuse.

1. Overview

WorkMood is a platform that connects workers and hirers.

  • We charge a platform service fee from workers after successful work connections.
  • We do not handle service payments between users.

2. Platform fee

  • Workers are required to pay a platform fee after receiving work through WorkMood.
  • Platform fee are charged only for platform usage and connection services.

Important:

  • Platform fee is not a payment for employment.
  • WorkMood does not guarantee works or earnings.

3. Payments Between Users

Workers and hirers pay each other directly.

  • Workers and hirers handle payments independently outside the platform.
  • WorkMood does not monitor, control, or facilitate these transactions.
  • WorkMood is not involved in these transactions.

4. platform fee Payment Responsibility

  • Workers are responsible for paying applicable platform fee after successful work engagement.
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension, restricted access, or permanent ban.

5. Refund Policy

Platform fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Technical errors.
  • Duplicate charges.
  • Legal requirements.

6. Payment Processing

  • Platform payments are processed securely via third-party providers, such as Cashfree.
  • WorkMood does not store card or bank details.
  • WorkMood does not act as a payment intermediary, escrow service, or marketplace for financial transactions.

7. Failed or Incorrect Payments

If you face a failed payment or incorrect charge, contact:

Valid issues will be reviewed and resolved.

8. Fraud & Misuse

Any misuse of the payment system may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

  • WorkMood does not guarantee works or income.
  • Platform fee apply only for successful connections.

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
